Create / update tickets

Overview

You may use Socratic to create tickets in your work system. For new tickets, simply provide a ticket name, project, and optionally an assignee.

You may also update tickets—updates are currently limited to changes in title, assignee, and status.

How it works

Socratic's bi-directional sync with your work system enables these add / update actions. Note that destructive acts such as deletions are not possible from Socratic.

Types of actions you can ask

  • "Create a new epic called "Launch new doc" in the Agentic project
  • "Create a new defect called "Fix doc ToC" in the Engineering project"
  • "Move AG-277 to In Dev"
